For the sake of all the longs, myself included,
any news will be significant if it moves the stock UP.
Its been drifting DOWN without any support, visible or otherwise.

In the mulling department, accretive acquisitions are most welcome,
but secondary offerings can be alarming - especially when
$15 stocks drop below $10 as in this case. How much will
prospective investors want to invest in paper that has devalued
by more than a third in a matter of months? There has been absolutely
no market support for this issue.

You mention earnings exceeding "all analyst's expectations".
Is that one analyst with multiple expectations, or multiple
analysts? Who are these analysts and where might I find their eps prognostications? Before we measure benchmarks, let's find the bench.

Your Scotia Mcleod and Yorkton information is especially curious.
Does "VERY bullish" mean to imply that they are buying?
The TSE trading volumes scream that nobody is buying much of it.
Daily volumes of a few thousand shares underscore that sore point.
Sporadic trading, lacklustre volumes and price declines lately.
Perhaps they are trading on another exchange.Recommendations
don't trade anywhere that matters to us.
