Sorry, I'd have to pass as BOD rep. I got a 1.0 product in alpha, a new turn-of-the century house, a lovely wife, and an 8 month old son, all begging for my time and attention. But, I'd give you my vote as long as you promised to make mgmnt fully disclose the state of the company, and the public float.
