Hi,

Do you know how ticket sales are going for Everest ?

S&P also upgraded IMAX debt to BB- from b+ on Senior unsecured debt and corporate credit rating. Subordinated debt raised to B from B-.

Incidentally there are convertible debentures out on Imax, which might be a more conservative way on investing in this company IMO. They are priced in US $ and have a 5.75% coupon rate. Conversion per bond is $21.41 or 46.7071 shares per $1000.00. Convertible until 4/1/2003. They last traded at around $1420.00 giving a conversion price into stock of $30.40. I believe there are currently callable by the company.
