There was much more investor interest in Bre-X. It certainly didn't take Bre-X a decade to drill and assay their property. We are now being told by Naxos that Franklin Lakes does not require special processing and can be assayed using standard fire assay. Why did it take ten years to come to this conclusion? It does not make any sense.
