Droffas, I read everything in pitch's article including attachments and agree that there is nothing about RegS shares in it. I just want to ensure that everyone knows we've already been thru it once with this stock. That IMO was the last nail that drove us to become delisted. I really hope that there are no off color deals going on anywhere with this company. Don't want someone coming here and saying "Boyar this or Boyar that" the RegS stuff is history. It happened, let's hope we have weathered its influence. Any more ideas on where we're going from here??!!! JOE
