Not promising indeed for long term investment based on the numbers. However, in this case the news could have been much worse as widely anticipated. I can find no reason why their stock should not stabilize between 4 and 6 after Tuesday's news which I find "promising" b/c the recent decline was due - at least in my opinion - to the reaction of those who after watching their investment decline for so long could not resist the urge to bail when the conditions "appeared" to be worsening - the reorg, the name change, the ticker change, election time, etc...... Please feel free to let me know if any of you think I am looking at this too naively. Thanks.
