I just reviewed your recent posting on the CVIA Thread, and also support your thoughts that all participants are more then welcome to participate on the CVIA Thread.
Some of our newest participants/contributors, such as Matt, S.S., to only name a few, have brought a much needed spark ( in my opinion)
to get us off our chairs and take notice!
We should constantly be reminding each other that there are many "Maybe's" and "What if's!" surrounding the CVIA Scenario!
Some of us have been holding out our hopes on the regular feedback that we have received from Jack Arnold indicating that if progress and efforts continue as expected, then an announcement surrounding merger and acquisition activities and developments is one of the possibilties.
I have grown to like and trust Jack Arnold! Now! I realize that this isn't a personality contest nor a friendship building network, so let me cut to the chase and lay my own speculative and personal opinion on the line!
Putting everything else aside, and treating the CVIA Scenario, from this point forward, as strictly an investment opportunity ( I should ad in my opinion still very high risk in nature, until proven otherwise via news / press releases!)
I have been waiting ( somewhat patiently) for the next news release/ announcement! ---The last news release was I believe on Feb. 3rd.!!!
Several thread participants have recently spoken to CVIA company representatives, and the 10 day to two week response , has been somewhat of a consistent one in anticipation of the next news release!
( Still just my opinion!)
In my opinion, I'm sensing that the following on CVIA is growing, and the anticipation is almost starting to supercede itself!
This expectedly brings more interest and participation to the CVIA Thread and an increasing number of visits to the Unofficial CVIA Shareholders Site, that was unselfishly developed by Milk! ( Just my opinion!)
My sense is that as some of us have been following the CVIA Saga through thick and thin ( Mostly thin!)--when some new thread participants make their first or initial postings, there appears to be that potential for some of the "Old Guard!" to naturally be a little over protective or sensitive to any initial comments from new contributors
( especially if it may appear that they may appear to have a little different perspective on the potential developments, or maybe they appear to be sharing / communicating some thoughts or feelings or opinions, that may appear to be more recent or up to date then what some of us were thinking about!)
I personally feel that most of the new participants have added a very positive and thought provoking aspect to this thread! ( While we supposedly wait patiently!--Let's admit it! Most of us are out of quarters!)
Something else to think about! If we are fortunate enough , and a good news press release is issued, it is my opinion that if the Share value or trading value is to dramatically increase in value, it will take the efforts and buying support of many, many, new investors to the CVIA opportunity! Some who may very well at this point in time have never even heard of CVIA! ( Just my own opinion!)
What ever the end result or outcome of the CVIA Saga! I personally have learned a great deal about "Life" and the "Stock Zone" from interacting with the various members of this "Great Thread" and Jack Arnold!
My speculative / guesswork/ bottom line!
I think we are very close to seeing an announcement!
How Close? -------In my opinion, in efforts to get a nice fresh start to any merger? acquisition? and to establish an accounting or reporting time frame, that would visually flow and be easy to understand and follow-----My guess is that if there is a deal completed, it could be signed to become effective the start of a new month ( April 1st.?), and possibly to start a new quarter? ( April 1st.?)--Just my own opinion!
Now! I 'm only also guessing at this, but, is it possible that the deal could be signed and announced before April 1st.? ( Let's say for example this coming week?)----Maybe eluding to the deal has been signed to become effective April 1st. ?--then included in the announcements any/all supporting details and information? ( Just my own opinion!)
For over six months now , many of us have hoped, guessed, expressed opinions, speculated, and so on! ( Both pros and cons!)
The only sure thing throughout these last frustrating months was that up to this point in time, CVIA has remained "stuck" in the Shell Company Status! ( In my opinion!)
Now! I am betting ( from what I have followed over the past six months) that CVIA with Jack Arnold's efforts will very soon have value where previously none existed!
That's what I'm betting on!--If my guess work is in the ball park, then in my opinion I would expect the CVIA Share Price to increase in value! As we know there are no guarantee's in life! But! That would be my own personal guess! ( Of course all this is just my own opinion!)
As far as estimating/projecting numbers etc., --to that I say I haven't got a clue! And to those that do speculate on what the upside and down side on share price based on different scenarios taking place, are much wiser people than I!
The only feeling or sense that I personally am getting ( from the significant share trading volume pattern that has recently taken place, and from the apparent growing following of this under two cent stock)
is that if , as and when any unexpected surprises happen to take place--Good or Bad or Indifferent!!!--then a pricing activity in any direction would not come as a complete surprise to me!! based on all the unusual activities that appear to take place from time to time in the Stock Zone!
I have purchased CVIA Shares at much higher prices then they have recently been trading, and have also purchased shares at their current price levels!
Starting tomorrow! I will hold those CVIA Shares tightly in my hand, trying to follow closely any developments that do take place, that will add or detract value from my high risk and speculative investment in CVIA!
I am constantly trying to reinforce the following to myself, namely to expect the unexpected, and be ready , willing and able, to make an investment decision as it relates to my CVIA shares, that is right for me!
I have no more to say, I have babbled on , in excess,--I wish each and everyone of you the wisdom to make the investment decision that is right for you!
I will now, try to prepare my brain ( which sometimes feels like it is shrinking by the minute!)--for what I hope will be a very exciting , fun filled and profitable week in the Stock Zone for all of us!)
I look forward to following each of your thoughts , opinions, findings, research, and thread interaction as the next few weeks begin to unfold!
