I, like many others, first learned about this company from the February 9th New York Times article. I thought that it was perhaps a good short, but figured I would watch it a while. It seems to be still climbing.

After briefly looking over this thread and other available materials, I'm still unclear on a few things. Maybe you guys can help me out. Can anyone, in plain English, tell me what exactly is the relationship between Colthurst, Edenland, and Hollis-Eden? In your opinion, do any of these relationships seem suspect - conflicts of interest or double-dipping?

Also, does this company presently have any NDA's or is it all simply R&D and wild speculation?
