Excuse me if I step in to answer. the current release of Quotes Plus has an automatic export to Metastock that will update your Metastock folders at the end of the QP download/data update program on a daily basis. (This process takes about 5 minutes each market day via the web.) You can also export lists of ticker symbols and/or single stocks by ticker. The downside is that this results in two sets of data, one in QP format and one in Metastock format. The release that is currently in beta testing has a feature that should eliminate this downside. The beta is currently scheduled for release sometime in the next couple of months, but as you know sometimes schedules can slip, so don't bet the farm on that schedule. By the way the Quotes Plus data is accurate in my experience and the next release has some great tools for scanning for ripe stocks.
