I'm hoping you'll all take this in more of an informative light rather than a flame on the company. I know how die hard all of you are with this company and I like the fact you're all making money, but please consider the following when discussing the integrity of the company:

1)Tonto was "mis-spoken" to when he was told that a press release would come out right before thanksgiving. That press release came many moons later.

2)KZAP was "mis-spoken" to when the IR firm told him the financials would be out in December.

3)Jeffrey_J was "mis-spoken" to when the IR firm told him that no further dilution was to take place in 1998 after the Softbank acquistion. If the numbers are now 47 mil outstanding, they "mis-spoke" yet again. He was again "mis-spoken" to when the IR firm told him three weeks ago that Price Waterhouse would have the financials out in 1-2 days.

4)I, and every other investor was "mis-spoken" to when we were not told of the deal falling through with Universal Commerce. I found out the day earlier and told an investor, who emailed the company. The very next day, a release came out talking about the "strategic alliance". Is that just plain ol' coincidence?

I'm sorry, guys... I can't allow you to attack aleta for saying that, nor can I allow aleta to retract that statement, when every single one of you KNOW that, in the very least, we've been "mis-spoken" to repeatedly.

If I hadn't been "mis-spoken" to about 10 times, I would be the NETZ nut right now. How can you believe Neil Miller's comments about what happened in SIM-Europe when they keep "mis-speaking" to you? Call Telia and ask them whether or not they're pursuing any action against NETZ, and maybe you'll find yet again that NETZ has misspoken. Last I heard, they were.

Anybody call Alta Vista and ask if they're happy with what they have gotten from Echomedia so far? Do the DD and you'll get your answers.

I will probably get flamed for this post, but I cannot listen to comments of whether or not we've been lied to anymore.

I like the prospects of what has been brought in in the past couple weeks. However, scaring me is Meatchum's leaving the company. I said to myself, "If Meatchum leaves the company, the warning flags will go up". They're up, people. I have to ask, if Hayton isn't running the company, and if Miller has distanced himself... then you tell me who is hiring the CEO, the CFO, the COO, and everyone else that left. Not Burgess... he's taken a much lesser role. Hayton, IMO, plays more of a role than we think.
