David the time is coming for a resolution in the N.Y case, and it is alot closer then you think, be prepared for an announcement by the first week in April? If we fail in the N.Y. case, this company will never continue to exist through a European patent case. Your time is getting very close I remind you again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
