Hey Andy. I'll put BPRT on my research list and try to do some digging tonight. Let you know if it seems worth starting a thead or investing some $$$. What brings you here? Long on BSFE or thinking of nibbling? Broker talk to Pragg at Liviakis and played phone tag with Rifkin yesterday. Company believes this latest Fairhaven problem is under control and has been for some weeks. The ENUFF folks have a very sympathetic ear at the S-T and this is but one of a series of overly negative reports of outdated news. Also, the delay in the judge's ruling should not be interpreted as a negative omen. The judge was apparently called to another assignment (don't know if private or professional or how long). Ruling still "any day."
