Hey guys, I'm no antenna law expert;there are federal laws that supercede any local laws, the beef here is they want control over site selection. Public lost the windmill case here in Ct. now state officials are trying to pass laws and Arnie hit it right on the head, its a political apeasement by the local politicos! It won't pass but if they gather enough public support they can make it difficult in the FUTURE! by that time N will (should) have all the sites they need! My father in law has a site on property in Milford 95 and rt.1 area. (tower) so I keep abreast of things for him, he hasn't been approached by N yet. will keep you posted I'm interested in the fee end of it.Michael your kidding?right? smoking and rf waves? I have done a report on Magnetic fields from high voltage lines, the electric co. shot it full of holes they are lieing just like the tobacco co have for years!I won't believe them till after the day I die, oh by the way they want those cell sites away from schools until they can prove them safe, this they might accomplish. I don't forsee imienent problems; just like to know whats going on. jimmyo feds get elected too!
