Thanks, Alien, it's nice to see it all in b/w. The one wild card in all this is VVUS Management, which has so far been terribly silent. I hope that they will come out and defend their company at least a little. I emailed them (and yes, also 20/20) to tell them how I felt, and that it was not at all inappropriate to respond. One thing is clear, the worst course of action is to do nothing, ie. no response. Tomorrow is a big day, we shall see.
