You have no financial interest in RMCW. They are not a part of RMIL. RMIL has only had a name change. The merger not happened and RMIL is not a water business. That is all that I meant.

Below you will find the only corporate events for RMIL. The only officers are Morgan and Breton. Nothing has changed but the name. It appears they applied for another minor change to the named and the paper was rejected. It was to drop the "Inc."

You will also see Lori's full name. Not that it matters much...
