I agree...but the order was for a client. My recommendation is to do nothing until we get news from the SEC. However, if I see the price move above $1, I will have to decide if I should sell and wait to buy back at a lower price. Alot will depend on what news is available at the time, volume being traded, if a bid & ask is being shown etc.
