I've been looking at several of the drillers' charts during the period of the big run-up last year, and I didn't find any substantial gaps which weren't eventually filled (filled on the way up, that is).

Perhaps someone who followed this sector more closely last year can recall whether there were any bullish events comparable to this production cut. If so, I would be more inclined to wait for a pullback before I add to my positions.
