You will have a one dollar stock, plus a one dollar cash dividend-- and unless you hold CNSI in a tax sheltered account, you pay tax on the dividend--not too neat. There is no reason for the stock to remain at two dollars a share, when half its value is distributed to stockholders-- I beleive book value was $2, somebody correct me if that is wrong, but I beleive somebody posted that CNSI was trading close to book.
