Jack,
A "partnership", to me is not "an enhanced relationship". The latter may well be a bid to a partnership, but as for myself anyway, there is still quite a bit of risk here. I support SNDCF, however, because the way I see it the only real risk is that they will be "stolen". I back them knowing that there is much risk and have faith in the "world" to recognize their proper place in the world.
