880,000 shares this week coming off of 72,000 shares for the entire previous week. The swiss article must have done well. The acceptance of the company's potential is seen.

What im curious to know about is how did the company go public.
Did the company acquire a shell, or did the company sell of REG A or REG D shares and file 15c2-11. How many shares were sold and at what price? how much cash is the company sitting on. If the company paid for the shell, management holds 7 mil and change of the 12 mil shares. 2 and change are in the float, where is the other 2 and change. Were they sold as restricted. please if there is anyone here tell me the structure.

thank you
