John,

There seems to be some accumulation of shares going on. Someone does not want this stock over a dollar, at least not yet. Did the director give you any indication as to when the VSE approval will be given? This acquisition has been in the VSE hands for months now. Have you spoken with the new president since his appointment was announced a few months ago?
