Slim, The ONLY way I know for any winery to sell wine in any State is to have a liquor licence in that State. We presently have a NYS liquor licence, in that we own a liquor store. Our lawyers are working on a number of options to getting past this, but at the present we are bound by the same restrictions as any winery. The Internet has thrown a "monkey wrench" into the pot...both States and the Federal government are scrambling to decide how to deal with all of this. Most are deciding to make harsh restrictions at this point, until they decide a better way. We will need to be patient during all of this. Remember "wine" is a just a part (but extremely important part) of what Araldica has become. We are in the process of getting a Limited Edition "Knights of Italy" Wine Collection set up for mailing sometime in the near future. It will take us a while to get everything together and ready to be mailed, but it will go out by the end of the Summer. Well "Slim", just my input on the subject.....by the way say "Hello" to #^%&$ for me! Matthew PS - Do me a favor and (privately) send me your address...I want to send you "something" in the mail.
