Hi Joe,

For the Amigos, we would like to see as many institution buying and as few as possible selling.

As for the MDLK data ...... I would interpret it as fairly neutral. My assumption is that most institutions will have close to the same TA on a stock. Their investment decision is then made based on their own investment criteria. It looks like the institutions as a group may be unsure as to the direction of MDLK. An increase in ownership of 4.6% is also fairly neutral.

In comparison, the ROIX data I would view as positive in that a 25% increase in ownership represents a significant increase and therefore a confidence, if you will, in the company and the potential for the stock returning solid gains.
