Hey Harley; Greenline is more on the ball than my broker, I've got nothing from anyone, my guy says he plans to call anyone who owns STF/BEA for instructions. Yeah right. But he was pretty sure that it was merely a matter of a phone call to exercise the rights anytime before closing on the thirty-first. This would seem logical since they are allowed to trade on the ASE until 12 noon on the 31 ist. So what would you do then? This all assumes as stated in my earlier post that your certificates are at your brokers. I suspect the Greenline guy is wrong; but, it would be wise for all of us to get some clear answers.
