CLK, this is long but a question is at the end too, so now you have to go through the entire thing.

CLK, here's a quick overview of what I interpreted the ERB graph and indicators/oscillators I applied to be saying from a daily overview.

The Bollinger bands are standard deviations of a 21 day moving average and form an upper and lower channel around the price which is basically the strength between bulls and bears. When the two lines converge it indicates that bulls and bears have temporarily reached a consensus on price. Typically these convergences don't last too long and price goes one way or the other and the bands separate.

Percent R and Stochastics are both calculated using closing prices and are oscillators which when used alone can lead to wipsaws. Both are moving up indicating investor sentiment is positive currently but a confirmation of this upward movement is required by a trend indicator such as MACD or DMI to prevent a wipsaw.

Nothing is happening with either MACD or DMI presently but penny stocks are a little difficult to pick up on trends due to their volatility anyway.

Overall my view of the current price chart using classical technical analysis techniques shows the trend is downward and it started very early in January with support at the .95 range and resistance at 1.50 range. Over the last two trading days the price has broken the downward trend line and now maybe forming a wipsaw or moving onto new ground or staying within the trading range of .95 to 1.50. If it breaks 1.50 tomorrow and then on the next day confirms that break with a higher high and higher low then we may see a the 1.50 level turn to support and a new resistance level established too.

The weekly graph is showing the same things as the daily one is with the exception of the current trend, it's still down on the weekly.

If I was playing this puppy only from a TA sense I would likely sell on Monday or Tuesday depending on the intra day.

Now, CLK I have a question for you on the fundamental side. What would the and how would a person calculate a fundamental share price for ERB from the following data?

Total outstanding shares after ERB/SIR consolidate aprrox 15 million
Size of potential find in Washington lets say 1.5 Tcf recoverable
Price of natural gas something close to today, how about $2,100/mmcf
A 75(Major) / 25(ERB) split on a JV
I guess you may need to know a net back lets use 80 cents/mcf

Have I provided enough information and is it possible to calculate the share price from this data?

Thanks,

Geoff
