In addition, I called SOE's 800 number, 800-290-4400, and heard a
recording "The company has no comment at this time and once they
have something to say they will let us know." Their mailbox was full.

Then I called 411 for the McLean VA number. The number is
703-734-9200; the address is 1420 Spring Hill Road, Suite 155, McLean.
The receptionist there told me they are operating. I asked about the
Coral Gables office. She said it was still open, the only thing moved
to McLean was the accounting aspect of the company. I was given
Cynthia Grammer as the contact for investor relations questions. Her
number is 888-379-5327.

I will be going there Thursday to check things out.
