This company sounds interesting. I tried to go to there web site, but I tried to no avail. The T7T7 nonviral system sounds promising. It would probably be in competition with an adenoviral viral system with the TK gene (it also does not integrate but produces proteins in the cytoplasm). Some adenoviral system cause a host immune response. I'm not sure if T7T7 induces an immune response either...I haven't read the article.
