Ted, if you read the SI posts for the last month or so, you will see that as a former GIFS employee, my presence on the SI has been both welcomed and hated.

Basically, we are preparing to testify before the grand jury and SEC; this should come about in a month or so.

Mohamed Khairy Mohamed Zayed is still a fugitive, his mother is still living in the Chattanooga area as are his in-laws, Burgon and Wanda Mealer.

A handfull are trying to get information together for a class action suit, and are posting regularly on the SI. Others--for fear of harrassment from Gayle Essary--are lurking and communciating via email, only.

The barrage of hate/threat emails from Gayle Essary are not new; they have been around ever since GIFS closed. However, they are getting more and more vulgar and profane now that he is dealing with someone who worked in the GIFS home office and saw first hand his connections. I personally decided to share them with everyone--they were so entertaining. Essary is still maintaining that he never wrote any press releases for GIFS. This is a lie and there are documents in "trust" with the State and SEC to back me up.

If you haven't done so, re-read all the posts on the SI for the last month or so. This should give you several tidbits of information about GIFS that you may have not known.
