sorry about screwy message..anyways just heard New Jersey has highest property tax rate in country.. please would you give us your take on Yelsin's latest announcement.. heard he got rid of cabinet because of how poorly they are handling economy and that so many public workers haven't gotten paid.. is he shifting responsiblity? or is he sincerely concerned about his people's welfare or both.. bobby
