That's old news, the bankruptcy stuff (I forget the date), they do answer the phone, they are making deliveries. Do you have the right phone number, read back through the posts here. They have been recently rated as one of the best (like #1, by Consumer Reports) for design, practicality, usefulness and price.
There are many companies/individuals that have gone through bankruptcy, especially a good startup company....doesnt mean they do not have a good product, just need to re-organize. Call the company and talk to them. It is the new CEO, Tom Malick, who will make the difference, imho. 973-254-3433. |
