I am a current employee and the converted C to D shares have not been issued yet. This will not occur until the audited Coopers and Lybrand numbers are formally published. This should happen within the next few weeks. Based on my calculations, this will amount to approximately 10.25 million additional shares in the market. Since Kiewit people like to hold on to a good thing, I seriously doubt that many of these employees or ex-employees will be selling soon. The only reason they will sell is to diversify their individual portfolios or to pay down any investment debt they have incurred over the years.
