In speaking with HDST a group of private investors served them with papers that would have forced them into chapter 11. Tom Malik COO was able to resolve the situation before filing for protection. Several groups are currently interested in HDST and we may shortly see a change. HDST manufactures and sells a good quality helmet and this is attractive factor for some investment groups. When I get more information I'll post it.
