i don't understand puts and calls so i avoid them. i am too busy with my work, wife and family to watch the market closely.

recommend you begin to look at:

HIT, SNE, MBK, CANNY, MC, HMC, FUJIY as a place to start. remember, when it starts up--it will not stop for years--this will be a 2-5 year hold when it turns.
