i agree. but i do think that this is what i call the "long bottom." the bottom is @ 14K. yes, they are screwing around. but don't forget they have more open skies, more open ports, and financial deregulation starting--this is the first sign of sanity.

that being said, i will wait for the next dip and hold on for 3-5 years. this is still the world' 2nd biggest economy at the first stage of deregulation and financial reform. in 2 years buyers will say they wished they had bought now--even though it may be a better deal in 6 months.
