The complaint gives no hint of any hard evidence that ADPT colluded with distributors to hold more product than normal. Will they present testimony? Documentation? How do you think the plaintiffs will build their case beyond "ADPT said business was good; they sold stock at a high price; business turned out worse than expected; the stock went down."?
