Value plays: nearly 3/4 of the list is OIL related! Most of these have gone into overbought territory due to last weeks activity. Also, on Tuesday (24th), the oil stocks and petroleum data weekly report is issued by the API (5pm EST). If the trend in my local area is any indiction, the report may be a bummer. Small independants and even the larger companys are getting hammered. Long term, looking for a bottom, they are great buys.
TDW, RDC, EVI, SII, ESV, NBR, CDG, PESC * *pesc is Pool Oil Field Services -- I know the company. ie the contractors are the first to be let go when budgets are slashed with the oil companies. They do oilwell maintenance..no maintenance if wells are shut down..thats the talk in my area.

Comments: I noticed in this scan the SER sector. Most of those stock were raised to ob territory about 2 weeks ago and have since moved into os territory. This week (Thursday) the help-wanted advertising index report will be released. Trend has been up, indicating tight labor markets. Those in the SER sector may do well if the report shows continued strength.
