I'm not in a panic...don't worry about that. I just have a question that the transfer agent would be able to answer. I was stung bad in another stock before. It was going along ok and the transfer agent gave us accurate numbers every week. Then one day they said that their policy had changed and they couldn't give out numbers anymore. Well...the stock started a steady decline and then we found out about a flood of stock that was hitting the streets. I am NOT saying that this is happening to BANY. I just want to be sure! If all negative questions are answered with positive proof than we are set for the biggest short squeeze since AOL! I'm not a BANY basher...in fact I want to buy another 4,000 shares as soon as I find out the answer.
