Hello, Louie. Thank you for the info. I am wondering if Bruce mentioned specifically about the DBCO deal. DBCO stock has been slipping along with ECGOF. It looks like there is a lot of concerns about whether the deal can be consummated. Thank you. Regards, Baoho
