Dipy,
Yes, you were right about the one year of earnings increase number in the prospectus being right and the 5 years of earnings increase number in the first edition of "What works on Wall Street" being in error. The following is a copy of a message I got from Chris Loveless with O'Shaughnessy Mutual Funds.

Great question! The first run of What Works on Wall Street had a few mistakes and you found the most major of them. What was stated as 5 years of rising earnings was meant to be 1 year of increased earnings. The numbers didn't change only the definition of what we were looking at did. In current editions of the book you will find the correct information.

Great eye and please let us know if we can provide any other information. We hope to have you as a shareholder!

Sincerely,

Chris Loveless
Vice President
