Dal or anyone at FIG: Wes of this thread says he received a fax on Saturday 3/21 from XECOM, signed by Joe V., bearing good news about the company's re-financing existing capital loans. Shouldn't this news (if it is true) be made public. After all, it seems to me that what Wes has is insider information. As of now (11:30am EST 3/23) no company news being carried by Reuters or any other news agency. What gives?
