Dorothy: Can't profess to speak with any authority on SEEK's IL and whatnot, but, generally: When a stock breaks back through its IL, what you do is wait and see. My guess is that if SEEK did have an IL, and that's what was broken, then one should wait till it hits the ACT, where there may well be a battle. If that battle breaks to the upside, then you can sometimes get a high-percentage one- or two-day pop. RECY looks (or in case looked) great to Doug, though I'd be afraid to act on it.
