Davef, the Wall Street Journal article destroyed Actrade and further impaired the company's already weak reputation. The stock is down on the article so your contention that the article is positive is absurd.

As for any connections between Mr. Pink and Dan Loeb, the acute fund manager mentioned in the article, Mr. Loeb is a lowly affiliate of Mr. Pink's. He is one of many operatives that serve the greater cause: to bring the truth to light.

While the article could have been much more hard hitting it did raise many good points:

Aharoni should have disclosed his bankruptcy.

Aharoni is facing further charges in this country.

Stonkus was charged with fraud by a former employer.

There are questions about the accounting practices and the company's insurance.

The stock is overvalued.

The article did not mention the significant present and past problems of other members of senior management. It skirted the existence of legitimate customers by saying that the company did not want them to be harrassed. It did not address the questionable off-shore accounting practices.

The world is watching. Look for ACRT to trade down as the company faces further scrutiny.

Mr. Pink, Master of Ceremonies
