Update on JV I am waiting for confirmation from Lyle at IR re: how many shares Mr. Ambrose will be receiving, under what terms and what TT will be getting as far as revenues from the transfer stations, which they should have already been getting. Also, as to what assets and debt of Power Grow and Northwood TT will be inheriting. Robert Pool
