The program will focus on QUALCOMM's proprietary Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) technology. At a signing ceremony between QUALCOMM and BUPT, QUALCOMM also announced that it is sponsoring a scholarship for professors and students of BUPT studying CDMA technology.
