Sorry, but due to confidentiality agreements, I can not talk specifics. However, proper notice has been given to all companies that were believed to have been infringing. I still own 100% of my original stock position. I sold 30,000 shares of free trading stock that I had subsequently acquired. My sale was at 1/2 right before the stock ran to 1 1/2 hast September. I simply needed $. I can not discuss specifics about IBM. Please suffice it to say that IBM's license was not for a minimum amount.
