Bruce, It is my understanding that currency is a small part of it. The difference being how the US GAAP rules compare to the Cdn. GAAP rules. Although the two are essentially the same, the Cdn. rules may allow for a slightly different reporting method on principle income, tax and loss carry forwards, thus the confusion. Can anyone verify this.
