ITKG is the only company in the world capable of designing, engineering, testing, and producing a CTHA antenna. ITKG has the only staff of CTHA engineers, the only CTHA lab, the only CTHA R&D Director, and the only CTHA Marketing team. ITKG is the only company involved with the CTHA with a complete management team, full-time staff, business plan, capital plan, research plan, and external Board of Advisors. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. ITKG is not just a license holder; ITKG is actually in the business of creating a successful antenna company.
ITKG has an arrangement with IASCA via the TEAM joint venture whereby ITKG can provide product to civilian markets and IASCA can provide product to military and government markets. TEAM has subcontracted all its marketing, R&D, and production to ITKG's subsidiary Emergent Technologies (ETC); ETC will provide those services to TEAM on a profitable basis whenever TEAM is utilized by either party.
