George, Just wanted to throw in a little ditty that I discussed with Franklin last week. I was told that Frank would like to offer a block of FNET shares(pre-ipo) to all FTEL shareholders. If they are able to finance the deal themselves, this would be almost certain to happen. If they go through an investment house then all Frank could do is request that this be done if possible. Not verbatum from Frank but a source very close to him. James
