LSI Logic has had a single-chip DVD playback chip for a while. The L64020 does everything but CSS decryption, while the newer L64021 includes CSS. LSI also has more generic MPEG-2 audio/video chips such as the L64005 and L64105. They also have a transport demux chip (L64007) that is roughly equivalent to the C-Cube 9110.
