Kathleen, thanks. I'm assuming that the form has errors in part D. (?) I'm not exactly an accountant, and my brain isn't working today anyways, so it doesn't mean a ridiculous amt to me. Part B is interesting. Is it saying that if they have losses they have to sell off part of themselves equal to 75% of the losses or am I dreaming? Thx, Pork Chop. -g-
